OUR STORY
Areti Partners Limited traces its roots back to 2007. Since then it has grown to a staff complement of fourteen professionals. Growth has been organic and driven by the principle that if you care for your clients and staff, the rest will take care of itself.
During these years, the volume of international business attracted to the shores of the Maltese Islands experienced year-on-year growth and the development of our business has been commensurate.
We are licensed, by the Malta Financial Services Authority, to act as trustee and to provide fiduciary services in terms of the Trusts and Trustee Act, Cap 331 of the Laws of Malta and this exempts us from the need to be separately licensed in term of the Company Services Provider Act, Cap 529 of the Laws of Malta although we are aligned to the regulatory requirements of both realities.
